As President & CEO of VNA/ESN, Carole is responsible for developing business strategies and managing operations, oversight of the endowment program, and collaborating in fundraising, marketing and public relations, business development, and resource development activities.

CFO & Vice President of Finance
Dave Vanlandingham is VNA’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for all financial functions of VNA and Easterseals Nebraska, which include accounting, financial reporting, risk management, treasury functions, and budgeting.

Vice President of Culture and Compliance Officer
As Vice President of Culture and Compliance Officer, Teresa is responsible for leading VNA’s talent acquisition, leadership development, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

As Vice President of Easterseals Nebraska, Angie oversees facility and service operations for four primary service lines.
