Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; patients are admitted within 24 hours of referral.
Our Process
1. A VNA clinician will visit you before you are discharged from the hospital to fully assess your needs and develop a specially designed in-home IV therapy plan that includes your prognosis, prescribed medications, type of infusion and expected duration of care.
2. You and your caregiver will walk through each step of the plan and you will be provided with written training material to ensure you clearly undertand your therapy routine.
3. Our caregivers will regularly deliver the medications you need for your in-home IV therapy and will happily answer any questions you may have.
