We work best with peace of mind. That’s why VNA and ESN cover the entire cost of basic life insurance and long-term disability coverage for full-time team members. Both full and part-time eligible employees also have the opportunity to choose our short-term disability coverage, FSA, HSA, dental and vision plans. We even offer coverage for furry family members, and our wellness program has premium incentives for completion of healthy activities.
We want all of our team to be able to have a financially secure future. All new employees are immediately eligible to participate in our Roth 401k Plan. Rollovers into our plan are allowed from most qualified plans.
We’re dedicated to providing the best care for our clients, and that means making sure we take time for self care. In addition to 56 hours of holiday time off, each new employee receives 15 paid days off to rest, recharge and relax, increasing with years employed.
