VNA Childbirth Classes 2023

Join us for FREE childbirth classes available to teens or low-income parents-to-be experiencing their first pregnancy. This five-session class will cover the following topics:

• Body changes during pregnancy
• What to expect in labor
• How to make labor less painful
• Breastfeeding
• Newborn baby care

This five-session class runs every Monday night, November 6th through December 4th. Classes are from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will be held at VNA’s office or via Zoom depending on COVID-19 rates in the community.
