An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until August 30, 2018
Are you expecting with a due date before September 2018? Join us for FREE childbirth classes available to teens or low income parents-to-be experiencing their first pregnancy. This five session class will cover the following topics:
- Body changes during pregnancy
- What to expect in labor
- How to make labor less painful
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn baby care
