Car Seat/Pack and Play Program

Register for a Free Car Seat and/or Pack and Play

In collaboration with NECC*, VNA proudly offers free car seats and pack and plays to eligible families. Education is provided with each car seat installation and/or pack and play distribution.

NOTE: After submitting the form below, a technician will contact you within one week to schedule your car seat installation and/or pack and play pick up. Please do not call to schedule an appointment. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Parents must be 25 years or younger
• Nebraska resident
• Must have transportation to VNA office in Omaha to receive items
• Must be in need of this resource
