On-Site Immunization Clinics

VNA partners with workplaces, schools, senior-living facilities, and more to host on-site clinics in the community. Unlike other healthcare providers, VNA is a local nonprofit — we reinvest proceeds from our clinics into serving people who cannot afford or access care.

Promotion

We provide each client with our Immunization Clinic Toolkit to promote on-site clinics, which includes:

Detailed clinic information (forms, billing, immunizations available, etc.)
Customized flyer with a QR code and link for participants to register and indicate which immunization(s) they want to receive
Promotional templates to use on social media, email, handouts, flyers, and more to drive attendance and participation
CDC vaccine information sheets
Consent forms

Vaccines offered

Flu
- For individuals six months and older.
Fluad
- For individuals 65+.
FluMist
- For ages 2-49 years. FluMist is inhaled versus given as an injection.
COVID-19
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Pneumonia
Tdap
- Protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough.

Payment

For new clients, there is no cost to have VNA provide an on-site immunization clinic.

VNA is able to bill most insurance providers, and the majority of plans cover immunizations at no out-of-pocket cost to the patient. For individuals without coverage, we offer the option to bill employers directly or accept a low-cost fee paid by the individual. We accept payments via cash, check, or credit/debit card.
