An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until August 9, 2021
Join us for FREE childbirth classes available to teens or low-income parents-to-be experiencing their first pregnancy. This five-session class will cover the following topics:
- Body changes during pregnancy
- What to expect in labor
- How to make labor less painful
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn baby care
This session runs every Monday night, July 12th through August 9th at VNA, 12565 West Center Road. Classes are from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. To register, please email your name, address, phone number and due date to ChildbirthEdReferrals@vnatoday.org or call Kathy at (402) 930-4228.
