Free Farmers Market Tours

Farmers Markets are great places to shop for healthy, fresh foods and support your local farmers!

On the tour, you will learn:

• How to select and prepare fresh, seasonal produce
• How to shop on a budget
• How to use SNAP, WIC, SFMNP, and/or debit cards

Plus, every participant will receive a free tote bag, cookbook, and $10 market bucks to spend that day!

Pre-registration is required, and registration is limited to the first 20 participants at each site. Please, no dogs allowed on tour (except service dogs).

Locations include the Farmers Markets at: Aksarben, Gifford Park, Old Market, Council Bluffs, Florence Mill and Papillion.
