Childbirth Ed Class – 2026 Session 3

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until July 13, 2026
Join us for FREE childbirth classes available to teens or low-income parents-to-be experiencing their first pregnancy. This five-session class will cover the following topics:
- Body changes during pregnancy
- What to expect in labor
- How to make labor less painful
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn baby care
This four-session class runs every Monday night, June 22 through July 13. Classes are from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will be held at VNA’s office. To register, please email your name, address, phone number and due date to ChildbirthEdReferrals@vnatoday.org or register online.
