Childbirth Classes

Register for Childbirth Classes

Thank you for your interest in registering for our free childbirth classes. Each class consists of five sessions from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Classes will be held at VNA’s office or another location determined at a later date. These sessions will cover:

Body changes during pregnancy
What to expect in labor
How to make labor less painful
Breastfeeding
Newborn baby care
