Bridget Elzey, RN, BSN, brings 30 years of devoted nursing experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Health Services. Guided by a deep belief in the dignity of every person, she has built her career around improving the way care is delivered—ensuring it is compassionate, safe, and truly centered on the needs of patients and families.

Her clinical background spans acute medical‑surgical nursing, behavioral health, homecare, and specialized care environments such as geriatric assisted living, birth center services, and bariatric programs. This breadth of experience allows Bridget to bring a frontline understanding of patient needs into every strategic decision she leads.

In her current role, Bridget leads multidisciplinary teams in advancing clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes. She is known for fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for clinicians and teams—one where compassion, respect, and patient advocacy guide every initiative.

Throughout her leadership, Bridget remains dedicated to uplifting the patient experience, empowering care teams, and shaping health services that honor the whole person.

Bridget and her husband have two children. In her free time, Bridget enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
